All prices are one-off and exclude VAT. After delivery you only keep paying for your own domain name and hosting. Rather have us keep handling the updates, small changes and checks? That is available monthly, never mandatory and always at a rate you know in advance.

Want something that does not fit in here? Almost always possible. We discuss it together up front and you get a separate price for it, so nothing catches you out later.
Websites are also the only service with a fixed rate. SEO, Google Ads and social media we do by the hour, with a quote up front: a price and an estimate in hours, for example a maximum of 8 hours a month.

We usually deliver websites in WordPress with Elementor, so you can edit everything yourself. After delivery you only keep paying for your own domain name and hosting. If costs come up later, we discuss them together first. That way you are never stuck with hidden costs.

Pricing: your questions answered
What does a website cost at VDH Agency?
We work with three fixed packages: Starter at €995, Business at €1,495 and Complete at €1,995, all excluding VAT and all one-off. Which one fits depends on how many pages you need and whether you handle the copy and SEO yourself or leave that to us.
Why are your SEO, Google Ads and social media rates not listed here?
Because requirements differ enormously per assignment. An SEO programme, an ad campaign or social media management takes a different effort every time, so a fixed amount up front is either too high for someone who needs little, or too tight for someone who asks for more. A website scope can be defined properly, which is why we do put a fixed price on it. For everything else you get a tailored quote with a clear scope.
What does a round of revisions involve?
We deliver the website, you take your time reviewing it and collect your points for improvement. They can cover anything: copy, colours, layout, images. You send them over in one go and we process them.
Am I tied to a monthly fee afterwards?
No. The website is yours. You only keep paying for your own domain name and hosting, and both are in your name. Maintenance is available from us if you want it, but it is never mandatory and your site does not go offline if you pass on it.
Can I edit the website myself afterwards?
Yes. We usually deliver in WordPress with Elementor, a CMS in which you change text, images and pages yourself without technical knowledge. You do not need to involve us for that.
And if I want more than a package covers?
A webshop, an integration or extra custom work falls outside the packages. That does not mean it is off the table: we discuss what you need together and you get a price for it up front. That way you never run into hidden costs.
